| Abstract: | <p>Forty-six species of Sciaridae (Diptera) are listed as new to the Finnish fauna. Most of the species are known from central Europe, but six are new to Europe. The known distribution of the newly found species and the collecting data for all specimens are given. The current number of sciarid species in Finland is 339.</p> |
